Happy Friday! I have my Stamp Club sessions this weekend. And this is one of the cards they’ll be making. I got the idea for this card from a December Mojo Monday Sketch. This Eat Chocolate set is so much fun. I’ll definitely be using it for some of my Easter goodies.
It’s hard to tell from the photo, but the chocolate pieces are embossed. I inked my stamp with Versamark then with Early Espresso and heat set with Clear Embossing powder. It’s looks nice and shiny, like real chocolate.
Don’t forget to check back on Monday for the next “MDS Monday Challenge”.
Thanks for stopping by, and Have A Great Weekend!

Starbucks Valentine
Today I have a sneak peak at the Valentine gifts I’m giving my BFFs. We’re all trying to eat better right now, so I opted for something besides candy. We frequently go by Starbucks during lunch and get Skinny Lattes. Therefore, Starbucks gift cards seemed like the perfect gift. Next, I needed to make fun Gift Card Holders.
I decided to combine our love of Chocolate and Coffee by using the Take a Sip wheel and the Eat Chocolate stamp set. I punched out some hearts, to keep with the Valentine's theme, and used the "Embedded Embossing" technique with the Square Lattice embossing folder. It was easy to put this “card front only” gift card holder together. Of course, I’m still giving a couple pieces of chocolate with the gift cards. You can’t have Valentine’s Day without any candy!
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Alice!
Today is my BFF Alice’s birthday. Alice and I love to travel, and we’ve been traveling together for 15 years – Wow, has it really been that long?! We’re going on a Mediterranean Cruise later this year, and we’ve been chatting with some people on the same cruise. One of these ladies mentioned she’s celebrating a BIG birthday on the cruise. Well, Alice threatened me that I better not mention which birthday she’s celebrating this year. She says it’s one of those “BIG ZERO” ones, but we’re not saying which “Zero” it is :-)
I used some non-SU! Stamps and all my retired Purple paper to make her "special" birthday card. (Purple is Alice’s favorite color, of course.) And Alice loves candy more than any person I’ve ever met. I picked three candy bars I know she likes and wrapped them up like a big candy bar. I used a Crimper to add the authentic ridges on the "candy bar" ends.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by!

Pink and Brown Eat Chocolate
I participated in an Occasions Mini Catalog card swap with a group of ladies. I had to make 15 of this card. When I have to make so many copies of a card, I try to keep the design simple. But use different shapes and layers to add interest; punches make that easy.
This is the new Eat Chocolate set from the Occasions Mini Catalog. It’s definitely going to be a favorite. The clear-mount stamps make it a cinch to stamp the image exactly where you want it.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for stopping by!
