Back to Christmas cards, they're my favorite colors anyway. The colors are from Paper Players' PP24, and the sketch is from Stampin' 411's SSC177. I struggled with this card. I won't show you my first attempt! But I'm happy with this card. I love the Welcome Home stamp set. It works so well with other stamps I have. Thanks for stopping by!

Peaceful Season - SSC176
Here's an admission that all my friends know -- I'm a procrastinator. I work pretty well under pressure, so I think I intentionally put off things to create that pressure. Unfortunately, sometimes I procrastinate too much and cause STRESS instead. I'm having a Stamp Camp this weekend, and before last night, I didn't have any of the 6 projects done! I have ideas in my mind, but no physical output yet.
I'd been thinking of a layout using Peaceful Season, a level 2 Hostess set from the Holiday Mini. Then I saw the Stamping 411 Sketch SSC176 and knew I had to complete my idea. We're told to "make the sketch your own", and I certainly did that. Instead of the focal image extending to the background, my background continues onto my focal image. It's hard to tell in the picture, but the "Peace On Earth" is embossed with Iridescent Ice. It's very pretty IRL.
