TGIF! These are the final 2 pages from my Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. And they focus on the animals we saw while we were driving. Everybody was looking for animals, so we’d come upon all these cars on the side of the road. And you knew, the animals had to be close by :-)
I’ll be scrapbooking some more this weekend – Caribbean pictures next. I hope you get a chance to do some scrapbooking, too. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Rocky Mountain Driving, part 1
Good morning! May is National Scrapbooking Month, and Stampin’ Up! has a great promotion for MDS – several Download Bundles are 30% off and some Professional Print Products are also 30% off. CLICK HERE to get all the details. I’ve been working hard to get several projects ready to print … and I’ve still got a ways to go!
Anyway, I showed you part of my Rocky Mountain National Park vacation a couple weeks ago. I’ll show you the rest of the trip this week. We spent a day driving different routes and enjoying all the scenery. Today’s pictures are from the Old Fall River Road and Fall River Pass. I used the Travel Journal Digital Kit for my stamps and paper. Oh, and my “Exploring” page was inspired by Barb Dean’s page.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by!

MDS Monday #6 -- Spring
Good morning, and welcome to UDI’s MDS Monday Challenge #6 – SPRING! My spring pictures are from another trip to New Orleans. These pictures are from a 2010 walking tour of New Orleans’ Garden District. I used a variety of Subtles colors and a couple of the Regals colors. I also used my favorite stamp set, Vintage Vogue.
With traditional stamping, I think these flowers look best when they’re cut out and popped up. So in MDS, I simply added an intense shadow (blur=5, opacity=80), and my flowers still have the cut out and popped up look.
Now, check out the other Spring creations from the Design Team members at Utah Diva’s International.
Left Page Recipe: Stamps- Vintage Vogue, Torn Edges; Paper- Sahara Sand, Bashful Blue, Whisper White, Marina Mist Polka Dot DSP, Garden Green, Pretty In Pink, Rose Red; Ink- Rose Red, Garden Green, Wild Wasabi, Pretty In Pink, Whisper White, Marina Mist; Accessories- Circle Punch, Square Punch, Basic Pearls, Modern Label Punch, Satin Ribbon; Fonts- CK Journaling, CK Jacque
Right Page Recipe: Stamps- Vintage Vogue, Torn Edges, Circle Circus; Paper- Sahara Sand, Basic Gray, Bravo Burgundy, Night and Day DSP, So Saffron; Ink- Handsome Hunter, Garden Green, Bravo Burgundy, So Saffron, Basic Black, Whisper White; Accessories- Circle Punch, Square Punch, Basic Pearls, Modern Label Punch, Grosgrain Ribbon; Fonts- none

More Kennedy Space Center MDS
Good morning! Yesterday, I showed you 2 of the MDS pages from my trip to Kennedy Space Center. Here are the other 2 pages. We walked around the Rocket Garden where the early rockets are displayed. Then we did the bus tour that takes you to the LC Gantry Observation and the Apollo/Saturn V Center.
I wish we could have spent more time there, but this was really just planned as a way to kill time before our late flight home that afternoon. I really enjoyed KSC more than I thought I would. And I highly recommend it for anyone.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by!

MDS Monday - Red, White, and Blue
Good morning, and welcome to MDS Monday. We have a “Red, White, and Blue” theme challenge in honor of President’s Day. I went to Kennedy Space Center last year, and I thought those would be the perfect pictures for this challenge.
MDS is really helping me get my scrapbooking done in a timely manner. With traditional scrapbooking, I needed a whole weekend to sit down and get some pages completed. And I was lucky if I got 6 pages done in a weekend. With MDS, I completed these 4 pages in about 6 hours total. And I believe I’ll get even quicker as I continue to use the software.
But the best part is that the 6 hours was split over 3 days. Since there’s no mess, – everything’s digital – I can work on my project any time I have a few spare minutes. That keeps me interested in scrapping all my current pictures.
Now, go to Utah Divas International and check out the Design Team's fantastic “Red, White, and Blue” creations.
